Comic Art Live by Comic Art Fans is May 17-18!
I am happy to announce that I will have a virtual booth at the Comic Art Live virtual convention this weekend, May 17-18. Comic Art Live is hosted by Comic Art Fans and is a great opportunity to buy original comic art and commissions from your favorite comic artists. The event is free to attend! I will be selling many original comic art pages from Feral Star and GHOST Agents. You can also order commissions from me at a special price! I have been a big fan of the Comic Art Fans website for years because it is one of the best resources to see images of original pages from the masters. I have printed out reams of images to study the details of how my favorite comic artists applied their knowledge and tools. Be sure to check them out. Here is the link to my virtual booth but it wont be active until the event begins on May 17th 1PM EST. The second link will tell you all about the event and it works at the time of this publishing. Pre-Show Commissions for Heroes Con!
I will be attending Heroes Con in Charlotte, NC in June. If you are going to be in attendance, you can preorder you a commission from me. I posted about this opportunity at length in my last post so you can check that out for the details or you can go directly to my website to see samples and place an order. These are at a reduced price for those picking up at the event. The cost of tabling at this type event with the added expense of travel and lodging is always a challenge so any sales I can generate before the event really helps.

Welcome to the new subscribers! I just recently surpassed 120 followers here. That feels significant. I am not a powerhouse poster yet so I feel that any new follower is an achievement. Thanks for all your visits, likes, follows, shares, subscriptions, orders, kind words, etc. I hope you are all continuing to enjoy Feral Star and my journey through the process of growing my comics career. As Kevin Eastman once said “comics is a hardscrabble life” (I am paraphrasing) and I realize that any success I enjoy is all because of fans and followers and your support. While I will continue to share Feral Star pages here for free do please consider a paid subscription to this Substack if it is within your means.
